SERVICE LEVELS.

Note that because the Website is new that we will utilize test profiles to ensure that the Service operates properly. We will continue to review member submissions for inappropriate content. Any member who breaches our TOU will be removed from the Website.
We will continue to provide the option to filter your message inbox. Should a member outside of your filter settings contact you, an automated reply will be sent informing them.
An automated response will be sent to any member whose message has not been opened after 40 days of being sent.
We make a good faith effort to review all profile, photo, and diary submissions within 30 minutes.
You may report a member for inappropriate behavior or fraudulent activity by contacting us.
Fraudulent profiles will be removed, without warning; hopefully, within 1 hour of being identified.
Profiles deemed to be disingenuous will be carefully monitored until we are satisfied that the profile is genuine.

CANCELLATION.
You reserve the right to cancel your subscription and remove your details from our website. We will continue to offer a fair refund policy.
